We prioritize freshness and quality. All products are sourced in small batches, stored properly, and inspected before shipping. Dry goods are shelf-stable and checked for quality, while frozen or perishable items are packed carefully to maintain freshness during transit. To ensure the best quality, fresh meat will be delivered every two weeks, allowing us to consistently provide well-handled, high-quality products.

All orders are packed and shipped from Blacksburg, Virginia and can be picked up at Blacksburg, VA. International products are shipped directly from Nigeria.

Yes, order updates are allowed within 48 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not yet been packed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

At this time, we primarily serve areas within Blacksburg, Salem, and Roanoke Virginia with plans to expand into the DMV area as demand grows.

Out-of-state shipping may be available for select items, so feel free to message us to check availability.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, though many orders are processed much faster and may be ready within a day or less.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method. For local pickup orders, processing typically takes 1–3 business days and may be completed sooner than the standard timeframe.

After placing your order:

1. You will receive an order confirmation number.
2. You will then send payment via Zelle (757-597-8134) or Venmo  (@Eunice-Akinade).
3. When you’ve made payment please send your full name, order ID number, and the amount paid to 757-597-8134 or 757-609-5198 e.g. “Sam Adeyemi, #12345, $300.45”
4. Once payment is received, your order will be packed and prepared.
5. When your order is shipped or ready for pickup, you will receive tracking or pickup details.
6. Your package will arrive at your doorstep.

What happens after I pay? Orders can be placed at any time. We process orders on weekends as well, except Sundays. Orders placed on Sundays will begin processing on the next business day.
